State Chapter 667 - Elderly & Young Disabled
The State Elderly program includes accommodations at Grandview Terrace and Bradford Apartments.
Residents must meet income and asset eligibility guidelines set forth by the MA Department of Housing and Community Development. Local applicants are given preference regarding occupancy.
Elderly residents must be at least Sixty (60) years old. There is no minimum age for handicap tenants but must meet statutory definition of handicapped persons in accordance with the definitions of applicable state statutes.
All rents are based on 30% of adjusted income, and include heat, hot water, and electricity.
Section 8 - Family
The Section 8 Family program includes (10) units located at Bradford Apartments.
Five (5) 2 bedroom units and five (5) 3 bedroom units
Residents must meet income and asset eligibility guidelines set forth by HUD.
All rents are based on adjusted net income and include electricity, heat and hotwater.
